Role Overview

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate can read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct online research, validate claims, and work with LLMs to solve puzzles. Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models — and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI as an analyst.

What the day-to-day looks like

You spend time answering a variety of analytical questions and creating scenarios that train LLMs to get better. Examples:

• Based on a given distribution of sales by month across locations, analyze which location has grown the most (which time period should we look at? should we account for sudden variability at the beginning?).
• Logic puzzles, e.g. a postman delivering to four neighborhoods (Oak, Pine, Maple, Elm) under ordering rules — determine the second day's deliveries.

No other prior specialized domain experience is needed.

Requirements

• Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and Finnish)
• Good research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week overlapping US hours
• Desktop/laptop setup with a good internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics or a related field (equivalent experience also welcome)
• Professional writing experience (business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator)
• Understanding of Excel and Google Suite
• Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning and basic arithmetic
