Remote AI training jobs
AI training means teaching a model what a good answer looks like: writing prompts, comparing two responses, correcting factual errors and explaining your reasoning. It is remote, asynchronous contract work — and pay scales sharply with your expertise.

A typical task
You get a prompt and two model answers. You judge which is better, mark anything factually wrong, and write a short justification. Other projects ask you to write an ideal answer from scratch in your field — medicine, law, finance, engineering, writing. Sessions are usually 20–60 minutes and you choose when to work.
What gets you accepted
Clear written English and provable domain knowledge. Platforms verify your background, then hand you a short assessment. Read how to pass the assessment first — rushing it is the single most common reason people get rejected.
Where to apply first
General applications get you matched to several projects at once: Mercor, micro1 and Ethos all work that way. Check whether each one is legit before you spend time on an assessment.
