micro1 is hiring UX/UI Designers as contractors to help train and evaluate AI models on design work. You review, annotate and improve design-related outputs, and give structured feedback that teaches models what good interface design looks like.

- Pay: $50 – $90 / hour
What you will do
- Review and annotate UI/UX assets, flows and design outputs
- Label and evaluate design data with a high level of accuracy
- Write clear, structured written feedback and rationales
- Collaborate asynchronously with reviewers and project leads
- Manage your own schedule and hit review deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in UX and/or UI design
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable with annotation and data labeling tools
- Reliable time management in a fully remote setup
