About the Role

micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire senior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
• Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
• Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
• Based in an English-speaking country
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
