About the Role

micro1 is engaging US-based Corporate Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to a customer's project focused on commercial, contract, corporate, M&A, and general counsel matters. Your work will shape how AI models learn and reason through high-quality, real-world legal input. No prior AI experience required.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy and US-law compliance.
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and agreements reflecting best practices.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible explanations for AI training.
• Identify and summarize key legal issues, trends, and risk areas.
• Contribute real-world legal scenarios and document samples to training datasets.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate, business, or transactional law (M&A, contracts, risk).
• Experience as outside counsel, in-house counsel, or legal consultant.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with US commercial and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency drafting and reviewing corporate agreements.
