Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

Mercor is looking for experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real human resources work as it is done in Spain.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security and Spanish payroll

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and payment terms: You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
