Expert Project Manager, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

Mercor is looking for an experienced program or operations manager who is native or fluent in Spanish to run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents. You will own throughput, quality and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.

Requirements:

• 5+ years running delivery programs, ideally expert-data, AI training or professional-services operations
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals, quality control and review workflows, and daily delivery targets

Details: Remote, 40 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and payment terms: You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
