Consulting Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training

Mercor is looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it is done in Germany.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in management or strategy consulting
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Experience with strategy, operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany / DACH, incl. Mittelstand and industrial clients

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and payment terms: You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
