Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Professional

Ethos is working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced transaction services and financial due diligence professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Ethos is looking for TS/FDD managers with 4+ years at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quality of earnings report exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, and red flag report production.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
