About the role

Ethos hires remote experts and generalists for AI training, data annotation and model evaluation work. Instead of applying to each project separately, you submit one general application — Ethos then matches you to the projects that fit your background, skills and availability.

What you might work on

• Reviewing and rating AI model responses
• Writing high-quality reference answers and prompts
• Annotating text, image, audio or video data
• Domain-specific evaluation tasks in your field of expertise

Requirements

• Strong written English
• Reliable laptop/desktop and internet connection
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Any professional or academic specialisation is a plus (but generalists are welcome)

Details

• 100% remote, flexible hours
• Contractor / freelance, paid per hour of approved work
• Pay depends on project and expertise level
